Our DIS Virtual Office has been designed to provide the referring doctors with a set of tools to better manage the patient referral process. These tools include:
Quick Referral Tool—We provide an online HIPPA-compliant link to submit patients for referral to our services. The link allows you to submit supporting diagnostic files and any comments to our specialists. Click on the icon at the bottom of this section to be linked to the system.
Collaboration Tools—Our DSI Virtual Office allows you to collaborate with DSI specialists to discuss a particular case, get feedback and recommendations and knowhow, as necessary, and coordinate treatment with our specialists. Our collaboration tools support the data-secured use of text, voice, and file attachments for communications.
Patient Referral Tracking Tools—Our DSI Virtual Office allows the referring doctor to track all patient progress, and view communications, diagnostic files, progress notes, and billing and claims transactions. We also provide management reports that summarize activities for your practice.
To gain access, click on the "Doctor Login" link at the top of this page. Then, please either sign-in with your account name and password, or register to set up such an account. We use these private accounts so that we can guard your private patient and practice information for you. Only you or those whom you share your account information can access your records.
